Our prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless specifically stated otherwise.  Delivery charges are not included unless stated otherwise.  As a company, we reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time.

Our products

When viewing or ordering our projects, please understand that items may vary slightly in size, structure and colour from the photographs shown.  Whilst we endeavour to provide clear pictures, due to the bespoke nature of our products there may be a slight variation to pictures shown.  Any dimensions given on our website are an approximation only and may vary slightly.  All materials are sold subject to natural variations in markings, texture and colour.  As the wood we use in our furniture is a natural product, please bear in mind that this means that each piece of furniture is unique with its own characteristics, meaning that minor shrinkage, swelling and hair line cracks are a possibility as your piece initially settles into its new environment, however this will not impact on the durability of your product.

Our delivery service

Where you have purchased our delivery service, it is important that you are sure that any items ordered will fit into your required space before you make a purchase.  It is your responsibility to measure any doorways, staircases etc to ensure that they are wide enough for your item to fit through without causing any damage to the product or your home environment.

If your purchase includes assembly of an item, we require you to provide your own protective covering and an adequate space to assemble your item.  Please note that we can not be held responsible for any household damages that may occur.
